如何配置clang-format使switch/case多语句保持单行？

原本紧凑易读的3行switch/case代码：

case 0xfc: printf("CM     $%02x%02x",code[2],code[1]); opbytes = 3; break;

经clang-format格式化后被拆分为12行：

仅包含两个语句的case格式化后能保持单行：
