Spring Boot Kafka应用创建Topic遇ReplicationFactor异常问题

在Windows环境下使用基于ZooKeeper的传统Kafka，运行Spring Boot Kafka应用时，试图通过应用自动创建Topic，相关配置及遇到的问题如下：

报错信息 #

此时Kafka服务器抛出如下错误：

修改后的结果 #

将配置类中的replicas(3)改为replicas(1)后，Topic成功创建，但仅包含1个副本，详情如下：
