大家好，想请教个远程桌面连接的问题：我办公室的台式机装了远程桌面服务器，已经确认3389端口处于监听状态，但我在家用Cisco AnyConnect VPN连接这台机器时始终失败。不过IT同事用我的账号凭证却能成功连上，所以我猜测问题出在我自己的电脑这边。

目前我已经尝试了以下几种方法，但都没解决问题：

• 修改注册表项 Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\RDGClientTransport 的值为1
• 确认注册表项 Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\fDenyTSConnections 的值是0
• 修改注册表项 Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\RDGClientTransport 的值为1
• 关闭了本地防火墙
• 检查确认没有其他应用占用3389端口

现在连接时依然弹出一个很笼统的错误提示：

Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:

1. Remote access to the server is not enabled
2. The remote computer is turned off
3. The remote computer is not available on the network

有没有大佬能帮忙分析下还有什么可能的原因，或者其他可以尝试的解决办法？
