Azure DevOps含括号Git仓库删除报错排查：实为仓库禁用所致

问题现象 #

• 删除Azure DevOps上的Git仓库时，无括号的仓库可正常删除，但名称包含括号（示例：Repo XY (Abandoned)）的仓库删除时触发报错：

TFS.WebApi.Exception: TF401019: The Git repository with name or identifier 123456789 does not exist or you do not have permissions for the operation you are attempting.

• 这类带括号的仓库还会显示警告提示：

Advanced Security status for this repository can't be retrieved right now. Support has been notified. Please try again after a few minutes.

• 该问题在两个独立项目中均存在，同一项目内无括号的仓库无上述警告且可正常删除。

排查过程 #

查阅Azure DevOps官方命名限制文档，确认括号不属于命名受限字符，曾因此陷入困惑。

问题根源 #

实际导致删除失败的原因并非仓库名称中的括号，而是这些带括号的仓库均启用了「Disable Repository」选项。
