如何在Azure DevOps中递归引用其他项目的嵌套模板？

问题原因 #

Azure DevOps默认会将嵌套模板的引用路径定位到当前执行流水线所在的本地仓库，不会自动继承外部模板仓库的上下文，因此出现嵌套模板在本地仓库查找的情况。

解决方法 #

方法1：给外部模板的嵌套引用添加仓库前缀 #

直接修改外部仓库（Repo2）里的嵌套模板引用，为每个嵌套模板加上@仓库别名。比如在Template1中引用Template2时，写成：

# Repo2中Template1的嵌套引用写法
- template: /path/to/Template2.yaml@more-templates

这样流水线加载时会明确指向外部仓库，不会去本地查找。

方法2：通过参数传递仓库别名给外部模板 #

如果外部模板需要复用，可以给模板添加仓库参数，默认指向自身仓库：

1. 外部仓库的Template1定义参数：

# Repo2中的Template1.yaml
parameters:
  - name: templateRepo
    type: string
    default: more-templates

steps:
  - template: /path/to/Template2.yaml@${{ parameters.templateRepo }}

2. 主流水线调用时可按需传递参数（默认使用外部仓库即可）：

# 主流水线调用Template1
- template: /pipelines/test/stage.yaml@more-templates
  parameters:
    test: testing
    templateRepo: more-templates

方法3：设置外部仓库为默认模板源 #

在流水线的resources.repositories中给外部仓库添加default: true，这样所有未指定仓库的模板引用都会默认使用这个外部仓库。注意此方法会改变全局模板查找优先级，适合流水线主要依赖外部模板的场景：

resources:
  repositories:
    - repository: more-templates
      type: git
      name: project2/repo2
      ref: dev-r1
      default: true

之后外部模板里的嵌套引用可直接写路径，无需加@more-templates，会自动指向该默认仓库。
