Visual Studio 17.10.3 Git报错‘Failed to fetch from remote repository’求助

我查看过相关帖子并尝试其中解决方案，已更新Visual Studio版本，因许久未执行fetch操作，该问题可能在之前版本就已存在。

当前收到的报错信息如下：

以上消息来自Output窗口。我已尝试以下操作但均无效：

• 通过Visual Studio Installer修复Visual Studio
• 通过Visual Studio Installer回滚至旧版本
• 安装git-credential-manager.exe并在git config中配置
• 在git config中禁用credential-manager

令我困惑的是，命令行中的git fetch命令可正常执行。
