我开发了一个QA自动化项目，目标是测试执行完成后自动删除测试环境。本地运行setup.py脚本时，调度删除测试环境的功能完全正常，但在CircleCI上执行时抛出TypeError错误，报错位置在password.py的decode_password函数中——bytes()方法因传入无效的字符串参数（实际为None）触发错误。

核心问题 #

经过排查，问题根源是os.environ.get('USER_PASSWORD')在CircleCI环境中未获取到有效值。同时因为每个CircleCI容器的测试环境密码是动态生成的，不能在YAML配置文件中硬编码密码。

解决方案 #

1. 动态传递CircleCI环境中的密码变量 #

由于密码是测试环境初始化时动态生成的，需要在CircleCI的作业流程中把密码从初始化步骤传递到执行清理脚本的步骤：

方式一：通过命令捕获并导出环境变量

如果测试环境初始化脚本会输出密码，直接用命令捕获并设置为环境变量：

export USER_PASSWORD=$(./init_test_env.sh | grep "Generated Password" | awk '{print $3}')

方式二：通过CircleCI工作区（Workspace）传递

如果密码需要跨作业传递，用工作区持久化密码文件，再在后续作业中读取：
