Web Farm环境下DataProtection密钥持久化到Blob遇UnsupportedHttpVerb错误

我在Web Farm场景部署应用，无法将DataProtection的密钥持久化到数据库，转而尝试把密钥文件存储到Azure Blob Storage，但操作失败。

我参考文档编写了以下代码：

运行应用时出现如下错误：
