问题根源

你的Register页面未启用交互式渲染模式，但MainLayout里的Mud组件（比如MudIconButton）用了@rendermode="InteractiveServer"。访问静态渲染的页面时，布局里的交互式组件无法建立SignalR连接，点击事件触发不了服务器端的DrawerToggle方法，菜单自然关不了。

Counter页面正常是因为它带[Authorize]属性，默认用了交互式渲染模式（项目模板默认配置），而Register页面依赖传统表单提交，默认是静态渲染，两者渲染模式不匹配导致功能失效。

解决方案

方案1：给Register页面加交互式渲染模式

在Register.razor顶部添加@rendermode="InteractiveServer"，让页面和布局组件处于同一交互式上下文：

方案2：把EditForm改成Blazor交互式提交（推荐）

移除EditForm里的method="post"，用Blazor自带的交互式处理，避免全页刷新：

同时把ReturnUrl改成组件参数传递，不要再用表单路由参数，这样页面不会全页刷新，布局状态也能保留。

方案3：统一全局渲染模式

在Program.cs里设置默认渲染模式，让所有页面都用InteractiveServer模式，不用单独指定：
