Windows 10文件右键菜单显示Windows Defender而非Microsoft Defender及扫描异常问题求助

大家好，我遇到了一个关于Windows杀毒软件的奇怪问题，想请教各位帮忙排查解决：

问题现象 #

• 当我在Windows资源管理器右键点击文件，想要执行单文件按需扫描时，右键菜单里显示的是Windows Defender（我的理解这是旧版的杀毒软件），而非当前的Microsoft Defender。
• 系统通知里同时出现Windows Defender和Microsoft Defender的标识，但Windows安全中心里只显示Microsoft Defender。
• 启动手动扫描时，不会弹出现代GUI界面提示无威胁，反而会弹出DOS窗口，长时间（好几分钟）显示Signature update started，之后才会显示No threats。

我想确认现在运行的到底是不是正确的杀毒软件？如果不是的话，该怎么移除旧的Windows Defender，让右键菜单显示正确的Microsoft Defender呢？我的系统是Windows 10。

感谢DrMoishe Pippik的提示，我做了以下操作：

1. 查看系统版本：从「开始」→「设置」→「系统」→「关于」中确认，我的系统是Windows 10 Pro，版本21H2，OS内部版本19044.2604，Windows功能体验包120.2212.4190.0。我平时都会按时完成系统更新并重启。
2. 运行DISM和SFC修复命令：先了解了DISM的相关操作，完成DISM和SFC扫描后，最终提示：

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

不过修复完成并重启系统后，问题仍然没有得到解决。
