Windows 10资源管理器中OneDrive消失的恢复求助
Hey there, sorry to hear your OneDrive vanished from File Explorer—let’s work through some fixes to get it back, since restarting alone didn’t help.
1. First, check if OneDrive is actually running
- Open Task Manager (press
Ctrl+Shift+Esc), switch to the Processes tab, and look forOneDrive.exe. - If it’s not listed, launch it manually: go to
C:\Users\<你的用户名>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive(replace<你的用户名>with your actual Windows username), then double-clickOneDrive.exeto start the app.
2. Turn on "Show OneDrive in File Explorer" via settings
- If you see the OneDrive icon in your system tray (bottom-right corner), right-click it and select Settings.
- Go to the Settings tab, then make sure the box next to "Show OneDrive in file explorer" is checked. Click OK and check File Explorer again.
3. Reset OneDrive (this won’t delete your files!)
- Press
Win+Rto open the Run dialog. - Type
onedrive /resetand hit Enter. Wait a few seconds—you might see the OneDrive icon disappear temporarily. - Once the reset finishes, open Run again, type
onedrive, and hit Enter to restart the app. Check if it shows up in File Explorer now.
4. Check the Registry Editor (proceed carefully!)
- Press
Win+R, typeregedit, and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor. - Navigate to this path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace - Look for a key named
{018D5C66-4533-4307-9B53-224DE2ED1FE6}. If it’s missing:- Right-click on
NameSpace, select New > Key, paste that long string as the key name. - Close the Registry Editor, then restart File Explorer (right-click taskbar > Task Manager > find "Windows Explorer" > right-click > Restart).
- Right-click on
5. Check Group Policy (for Windows 10 Pro/Enterprise/Education)
- Press
Win+R, typegpedit.msc, and hit Enter. - Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > OneDrive.
- Look for the policy named "Prevent the usage of OneDrive for file storage". If it’s set to Enabled, double-click it and change it to Not Configured or Disabled.
- Click OK, then restart your computer.
6. Uninstall and reinstall OneDrive as a last resort
- Open Settings > Apps > Apps & features, scroll down to find Microsoft OneDrive, click it, then select Uninstall.
- Once uninstalled, get the latest version of OneDrive from Microsoft’s official source and reinstall it.
If none of these steps work, feel free to share more details—like whether you made any recent system changes, or if OneDrive is still syncing files in the background. We can dig deeper!
