项目基于Java 8、Spring Boot 2.7.2，计划开发Azure OpenAI简单聊天功能，参考的官方指南示例仅支持Java 17
无法从spring-snapshots仓库引入spring-ai-azure-openai-spring-boot-starter依赖，存在依赖拉取报错问题
