一、未定义方法调用未被检测的原因及解决方法 #

问题场景 #

你的示例代码中，$this->iDoNotExist()和self::whatIsThat()能被PHPStan检测到，但$me->iDoNotExist()未被报告：

原因分析 #

1. 规则作用误解：你配置中添加的CallMethodsRule和CallStaticMethodsRule核心作用是检查方法调用的访问权限（比如是否能调用私有/受保护方法），而非专门检测方法是否存在。它们能检测$this和self的未定义方法，是因为$this的类型是明确的Testeroni，self也是明确的类名，规则能直接校验类中是否存在对应方法。
2. 类型推断缺失：对于$me = new self()创建的对象，在你启用customRulesetUsed: true的情况下，自定义规则集缺少了必要的类型推断服务，导致PHPStan将$me的类型推断为宽泛的object而非具体的Testeroni。而PHPStan默认不对object类型的方法调用做存在性校验（兼容PHP动态调用特性），因此不会报错。

解决方法 #

• 替换为专门的未定义方法规则：移除CallMethodsRule和CallStaticMethodsRule，添加专门检测未定义方法的规则：
