Dell XPS 17 (9700) Ubuntu 22.04 LTS蓝牙偶发无法开启问题求助

各位好，我目前用的是Dell XPS 17 (9700)，系统是Ubuntu 22.04 LTS，最近碰到个挺闹心的蓝牙问题：有时候开机后蓝牙默认是关闭状态，而且在系统设置界面里点蓝牙开关完全没反应，根本没法手动打开。

试过重启系统没用，只有彻底关机再重新开机才能让蓝牙恢复正常。另外我已经更新到最新版本的BIOS了，问题还是存在。

可以看到故障状态下有帧重组失败、操作码错误的日志，而正常状态下没有这些错误，还能看到蓝牙设备连接的记录。希望大家能帮我分析下这个问题怎么解决，谢谢！
