ggplot2点图Y轴计数异常及绘图裁剪问题求助

1. 将Y轴从密度改为实际频数 #

geom_dotplot默认会把Y轴映射为密度值，要显示实际频数，只需在图层中指定aes(y = ..count..)，同时可通过binwidth调整点的分组宽度，stackratio控制点堆叠的紧凑程度：

2. 解决调整绘图大小时顶部内容被裁剪的问题 #

顶部内容裁剪是因为默认绘图区域的顶部边距不足，或点的堆叠高度超出预设范围，有两种常用解决方式：

• 增加顶部边距：通过theme(plot.margin)手动调整绘图区域边距，给顶部预留足够空间：
