Azure Pipeline部署.NET 8应用时dotnet命令执行失败问题排查

已将应用程序升级至.NET 8.0，在Azure Pipeline执行任务时遭遇错误：进程/opt/hostedtoolcache/dotnet/dotnet退出码为2，提示若未锁定SDK版本，可能会调用.NET 5.x导致兼容性问题。虽已通过UseDotNet@2任务成功安装.NET SDK 8.0.302和.NET Core Runtime 8.0.6，但后续执行dotnet format代码检查任务时仍触发该错误，需排查问题原因。

排查及解决方向 #

  在Lint dotnet任务中添加useDotNetCliVersion参数，明确指定已安装的SDK版本，避免系统默认调用旧版本：
