Laravel项目CSV下载时HTTP头混入内容的解决方法

问题根源 #

1. streamDownload回调使用错误：你直接执行了$this->processCSV2()并将其返回值传给streamDownload，但该方法里直接echo内容，导致CSV内容提前输出，后续Laravel生成的HTTP头会被追加到输出末尾。streamDownload要求传入闭包函数，在响应流处理阶段才输出内容。
2. Inertia.js环境的特殊限制：Inertia会拦截常规的AJAX请求，直接返回下载响应无法被浏览器正确识别为下载操作，需要额外处理。

修复方案 #

1. 修正CSV生成类的逻辑

调整ReporteCSV类，确保streamDownload使用闭包回调，并正确输出CSV内容到响应流：
