MAUI 8.0 Android端Picker控件高度异常问题求助

问题根源 #

MAUI在Android平台上的Picker控件默认封装了原生Spinner组件，该组件本身带有内置的内边距和布局偏移，即使手动设置Margin="0"和Padding="0"，也无法直接覆盖原生样式带来的间距，导致设置VerticalOptions="Start"后出现对齐异常。

根本解决方案 #

方案1：自定义Picker Handler（推荐） #

通过自定义MAUI Handler直接修改原生Spinner的布局参数和内边距，从底层消除默认间距：

1. 在项目的Platforms/Android/Handlers目录下创建CustomPickerHandler.cs：
