解决方法 #

1. 替换dotnet build为dotnet publish #

dotnet build核心作用是编译项目，虽支持DeployOnBuild参数，但对Linux App Service的ZipDeploy场景，dotnet publish是更适配的发布命令，能更好处理部署流程：

3. 显式指定Linux运行时标识符 #
