已验证的解决方案

检查IDE代理设置：进入Android Studio的File > Settings > Appearance & Behavior > System Settings > HTTP Proxy，设置为No proxy，或者将本地地址127.0.0.1添加到代理例外名单，避免代理拦截本地Codeium服务连接。
清理插件缓存：删除Codeium插件的缓存目录后重启IDE。

- Windows：执行命令netstat -ano | findstr :49814，找到占用进程后结束对应程序
- macOS/Linux：执行命令lsof -i :49814，终止占用端口的进程
切换服务器区域：在Codeium插件设置中找到服务器区域选项，尝试切换到其他可用节点（如亚洲区域），保存设置后重新登录插件并重启IDE。
