针对USBRelay4（VID:0x16C0, PID:0x05DF）这类dcttech出品的HID继电器，正确的控制指令格式通常是8字节数组，规则如下：

• 第1字节：固定为0x01（报告ID，这款设备无需用0x00）
• 第2字节：控制位，每一位对应一路继电器状态：
  • 0x01 = 打开第1路
  • 0x02 = 打开第2路
  • 0x04 = 打开第3路
  • 0x08 = 打开第4路
  • 组合值如0x0F=打开所有4路，0x00=关闭所有路
• 第3-8字节：固定为0x00
