1. 修改deployment.toml：

问题根因 #

1. 重复配置冲突：同时在deployment.toml和axis2.xml中配置同类型的消息处理组件，导致Axis2加载时出现逻辑冲突。
2. 类路径缺失：指定的JsonStreamBuilder和JsonStreamFormatter类所在的依赖包未被Axis2类加载器识别，或对应jar包不存在。

解决方案 #

1. 删除重复配置 #

WSO2官方推荐通过deployment.toml统一配置，直接删除axis2.xml中手动添加的application/problem+json相关构建器和格式化器节点。

2. 确认依赖包存在 #

检查<CARBON_HOME>/repository/components/plugins目录下是否存在org.wso2.carbon.integrator.core_*.jar文件（该jar包含目标类）。若缺失，需将对应jar包放入此目录。

3. 替换为内置JSON组件（备用方案） #

如果找不到上述自定义类，可改用Axis2原生的JSON处理类，修改deployment.toml如下：
