Outlook中v:roundrect定位异常：偏离父级td至容器左上角

问题概述 #

开发邮件模板时，Outlook环境下使用VML实现的圆角CTA按钮（<v:roundrect>）出现定位异常：按钮未相对于直接父级<td>居中显示，反而偏移至外层容器的左上角。移除外层的<v:rect><v:fill>容器后，CTA按钮显示恢复正常。

原因分析 #

Outlook的VML渲染机制存在特殊性：外层的<v:rect>容器会创建独立的定位上下文，内部的<v:roundrect>即使设置了position:relative，也会优先以外层VML容器为定位基准，而非直接父级<td>。虽然按钮内添加了<w:anchorlock>，但在外层VML容器的影响下无法发挥锚定作用，导致定位偏移。
