LiveData二次API调用未更新值问题排查与解决求助

你遇到的问题根源有两个：

• 每次点击按钮调用fetchCurrencyRates()时，都会重新创建ViewModel、Repository实例，导致你观察的是全新的LiveData对象，之前旧实例的更新根本没被当前观察者监听。
• ViewModel中没有提供触发重新获取数据的方法，点击按钮时无法主动触发API请求刷新数据。

1. 修改ViewModel，添加刷新方法 #

给ViewModel新增公开方法，用于触发重新获取汇率数据，同时保持LiveData的引用不变：

Retrofit的suspend方法默认在IO线程执行，建议用postValue()安全更新LiveData（value仅能在主线程调用）：
