报错Cannot access contents of the page. Extension manifest must request permission to access the respective host.明确说明：你的扩展未在manifest.json中声明对Stack Overflow、YouTube等目标网站的访问权限，导致无法注入悬浮框代码或访问页面内容。

具体修复步骤

1. 更新manifest.json的权限声明

根据你的需求选择以下两种配置方式：

全网站生效：如果需要在所有网页显示悬浮框，添加<all_urls>权限：

指定网站生效：仅在特定网站显示的话，列出对应域名：
