Go install安装私有Go模块报错，模块路径不匹配如何解决？

因为仓库go.mod声明的模块路径和实际托管的GitHub地址不一致，且你无法修改源码，可通过以下两种方案解决：

方案一：临时安装（单次使用） #

1. 在当前目录创建一个临时go.mod文件：

module temp

go 1.14

replace company-y.io/afctl => github.com/company-x/afctl latest

2. 执行安装命令：

go install -modfile=./go.mod company-y.io/afctl@latest

这个方法通过临时替换规则，让Go匹配模块声明路径的同时从GitHub拉取代码，完成安装。

方案二：全局配置（长期使用） #

方法1：Git URL替换配置 #

通过Git全局配置，让Go把模块路径映射到GitHub仓库：

• 用SSH拉取的话：

git config --global url."git@github.com:company-x/afctl.git".insteadOf "https://company-y.io/afctl"

• 用HTTPS拉取的话：

git config --global url."https://github.com/company-x/afctl.git".insteadOf "https://company-y.io/afctl"

然后配置Go的私有模块参数：

go env -w GOPRIVATE=company-y.io/afctl
go env -w GONOSUMDB=company-y.io/afctl

之后直接执行go install company-y.io/afctl@latest就能正常安装。

方法2：全局Go模块替换 #

在用户目录创建全局go.mod并配置环境变量：

# 创建全局mod文件
echo 'module global' > ~/.go.global.mod
echo 'replace company-y.io/afctl => github.com/company-x/afctl latest' >> ~/.go.global.mod

# 设置环境变量，让Go默认使用这个全局mod
export GOMODFILE=~/.go.global.mod

之后直接运行go install company-y.io/afctl@latest即可完成安装。
