Windows11下从源码安装Perl编译VS Code .tex文件遇错求助

1. LaTeX编译错误 #

已在Windows 11的VS Code中安装MiKTeX和LaTeX扩展，但编译.tex文件时出现如下错误：

Sorry, but latexmk did not succeed for the following reason:

  MiKTeX could not find the script engine 'perl' which is required to execute 'latexmk'.

Remedy:

  Make sure 'perl' is installed on your system.

2. 源码安装Perl的尝试及报错 #

按照提示从perl.org下载Perl源码（perl-5.40.0），并执行以下步骤：

tar -xzf perl-5.40.0.tar.gz
cd perl-5.40.0
./Configure -des -Dprefix=$HOME/localperl
make
make test
make install

但运行./Configure -des -Dprefix=$HOME/localperl时出现错误：
