在Aiogram框架中使用Telethon发送文件时，多次发送"send_file"命令请求发送两个及以上文件，Telethon客户端仅会发送第一个文件。

问题原因 #

每次处理请求时都通过async with client:启动并关闭Telethon客户端，当多个请求同时到来时，第一个请求的客户端还未完成关闭，第二个请求就尝试重新启动同一个客户端实例，导致Telethon内部出现冲突，后续请求的文件发送操作被阻塞或失败。

解决方案 #

只需要启动Telethon客户端一次，后续请求直接复用已连接的客户端，无需每次都通过async with重新初始化。
