FASTLANE_APPLE_APPLICATION_SPECIFIC_PASSWORD在Azure DevOps中失效求助

问题概况 #

本地Fastlane部署iOS应用正常，但Azure DevOps流水线执行时触发错误：

Missing password for user saas.tech@sunstone.in, and running in non-interactive shell

已为Apple账号开启2FA并配置了FASTLANE_APPLE_APPLICATION_SPECIFIC_PASSWORD，但Azure环境仍在尝试读取FASTLANE_PASSWORD变量。

解决方案 #

1. 清理Appfile中的硬编码变量 #

直接在Appfile里写敏感密码既不安全，也会和Azure流水线的环境变量冲突。删掉Appfile里的这两行：

ENV["FASTLANE_APPLE_APPLICATION_SPECIFIC_PASSWORD"] ="xxxxxxxx"

改为通过Azure流水线管理这些变量。

2. 在Azure DevOps中配置正确的环境变量 #

• 进入流水线编辑页面，切换到变量标签
• 添加两个变量：
  • FASTLANE_USER：填入你的Apple开发者邮箱（saas.tech@sunstone.in）
  • FASTLANE_APPLE_APPLICATION_SPECIFIC_PASSWORD：填入Apple ID中生成的应用专用密码
• 对专用密码变量勾选保密，防止明文泄露

3. 强制指定专用密码（可选但稳妥） #

在upload_to_app_store步骤中显式传入专用密码参数，避免Fastlane自动识别出错：

4. 验证变量传递是否正常 #

在Fastlane执行步骤前加一个打印脚本，确认变量已正确加载（保密变量会被Azure自动屏蔽，只需确认存在即可）：

5. 确认setup_ci的作用 #

setup_ci会自动适配CI环境的变量规则，但要确保流水线中的变量名称完全符合Fastlane要求——必须是FASTLANE_APPLE_APPLICATION_SPECIFIC_PASSWORD，不能拼写错误，2FA场景下不需要设置FASTLANE_PASSWORD。
