如何在LiveCharts自定义ToolTip中移除值为NaN的系列？

由于TooltipData.Points是只读集合，无法直接修改或过滤，因此我们可以在自定义ToolTip内部创建一个过滤后的派生集合，将其作为UI绑定的数据源，而非直接使用原始的Data.Points。

修改C#代码 #

更新StockToolTip类，添加过滤后的属性并在Data更新时自动执行过滤逻辑：
