TeamCity部署App Service遇ERROR_COULD_NOT_CONNECT_TO_REMOTESVC求助

错误详情 #

msdeploy error ERROR_COULD_NOT_CONNECT_TO_REMOTESVC: Web deployment task failed. (Could not connect to the remote computer using the specified process ("Web Management Service") because the server did not respond.)

已尝试的排查方法 #

• 可通过Visual Studio发布机制正常部署
• 从构建服务器能ping通App Service的.scm地址
• 重启App Service后重新部署，错误依旧
• 在构建服务器禁用TLS 1.0并启用TLS 1.1和TLS 1.2，问题未解决
• 可正常打开Kudu的.scm地址
• App Service未设置访问限制
• 同一构建服务器可正常部署至其他云服务
