Python 3.9.7 + VSCode环境下安装CUDA版PyTorch nightly包遇numpy依赖找不到问题求助

大家好，我现在的目标是能用上CUDA，所以尝试安装适配CUDA 11.6的PyTorch nightly版本，执行了下面这条安装命令：

pip install numpy --pre torch torchvision torchaudio --force-reinstall --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/nightly/cu116

结果运行后弹出了报错信息：

Looking in indexes: https://download.pytorch.org/whl/nightly/cu116
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement numpy (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for numpy
Note: you may need to restart the kernel to use updated packages.

我已经把StackOverflow和GitHub上能找到的相关解决方案都试了一遍，但全都没起作用，有没有大佬能帮忙看看该怎么解决这个问题呀？
