WooCommerce修改配送方式标签显示费用：移除补贴金额

注意：如果你的补贴是按配送方式单独设置的，需要调整get_total_subsidies函数，传入当前$method参数来获取对应配送方式的补贴，而不是统一取购物车总补贴。
