Ruby3.2.x+Rails6.1.7.x下ActionMailer参数错误求助

问题背景 #

升级到 Ruby 3.2.2 + Rails 6.1.7.8 后，原有的邮件发送功能触发 ArgumentError，此前在 Ruby 2.7.8 + Rails 6.1.7.7 环境下运行正常。RSpec 测试全部失败，控制台调用也无法成功。
