Android后台Service无法运行求助，适配API 34遇问题

一、Service无法运行的直接原因 #

你的Manifest文件里没有注册自定义的Service类，Android系统无法识别并启动这个Service。必须在<application>标签内添加Service的注册声明。

修正后的Manifest示例：

注：android:exported设为false，因为这个Service不需要被其他应用调用，符合安全规范。

二、Android 12+（targetSdk31+）的后台Service限制 #

你的targetSdk是34（Android 14），系统对后台Service启动有严格限制：

• 只有当应用处于前台状态时，才能调用startService()。如果应用在后台，需要使用startForegroundService()，并且必须在启动后5秒内调用startForeground()显示通知，否则系统会终止Service并抛出ForegroundServiceStartNotAllowedException。
• 你的Service当前没有设置前台通知，即使注册后，若应用进入后台再尝试启动Service也会失败。可以修改Service的onStartCommand方法：
