Gradle Debug构建突发失败：无法获取依赖包求解决方案

直至前天项目构建一切正常，昨晚清理Gradle与Android Studio缓存后，App构建无法完成，Gradle报出依赖找不到的错误，类似问题还有很多。更换移动热点网络后问题依旧，无法生成Debug/Release包，严重影响开发进度。

Gradle报错内容：
