Windows10 x64+Python3.8环境下安装PyTorch1.9.0遇pip报错求助

环境信息：

• 操作系统：Windows 10 x64
• Python版本：3.8

尝试通过pip直接安装PyTorch 1.9.0，执行命令：

pip3 install torch torchvision torchaudio

收到报错：

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch

为解决问题，下载对应版本的whl文件后，执行本地安装命令：

pip install torch-1.9.0+cpu-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl

再次收到报错：

ERROR: torch-1.9.0+cpu-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
