Shopware 6.5.8.13部署后$theme为null的致命错误求助

问题现象 #

切换Deployer 7.0部署方式后，生产服务器执行以下命令时出现致命错误：

• 将PHP从8.1升级至8.3
• 将“build-js”脚本从生产服务器迁移至GitLab
• 添加了新的插件/主题

本地环境运行正常，但生产服务器出现配置缺失问题，通过在MergeExtensionConfigurationPass类中添加调试代码：

确认storefront的配置为空数组，且无法通过故障的bin/console清除缓存，var/cache/prod_*文件夹不存在。

排查与解决步骤 #

1. 手动清理缓存残留文件 #

即使prod_*文件夹缺失，仍需清理所有缓存相关目录：

rm -rf /html/shop_deployer/releases/26/var/cache/*
rm -rf /html/shop_deployer/releases/26/var/log/*
rm -rf /html/shop_deployer/releases/26/var/sessions/*

2. 检查Storefront配置文件完整性 #

• 确认config/packages/storefront.yaml存在，且包含基础主题配置：

          default: Storefront
          active: Storefront
  

• 检查生产环境专属配置文件config/packages/prod/storefront.yaml，确保没有覆盖或删除必要的theme配置项。

3. 验证部署文件同步 #

• 确认GitLab构建的静态资源已同步到生产服务器的public/theme/目录，检查新增主题的文件夹是否存在。
• 验证新增插件的文件是否完整部署到custom/plugins/目录，没有遗漏。

4. 修复目录权限 #

确保Web服务器用户（如www-data）对核心目录有读写权限：

chown -R www-data:www-data /html/shop_deployer/releases/26/var /html/shop_deployer/releases/26/public
chmod -R 755 /html/shop_deployer/releases/26/var /html/shop_deployer/releases/26/public

5. 强制生成缓存 #

清理完成后，尝试重新生成生产环境缓存：

php bin/console cache:clear --env=prod
php bin/console cache:warmup --env=prod

6. 验证PHP版本兼容性 #

确认当前使用的Shopware版本支持PHP 8.3，部分旧版Shopware对PHP 8.3兼容性不足，若存在版本不匹配问题，可临时回退到PHP 8.2测试。
