电脑启动时触发0xc000000f错误的排查求助

我现在碰到个棘手的问题，我的PC启动不了，一直弹出下面这个错误：

Windows failed to start. A recent software or hardware change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer"

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status: 0xc000000f
Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

我在Google和SuperUser上搜了一堆解决方案，都挨个试过了，但没一个管用：

• 更换了PATA数据线，因为看到有人说可能是数据线故障
• 换了4张不同的Windows安装光盘，但电脑根本没法从光盘启动进入修复模式
• 试了3个不同的光驱，毕竟也有说法是光驱本身出问题了
• 换过4块不同的硬盘，结果还是一样的错误
• 在BIOS里调整过各种启动顺序
• 重新调整了光驱和硬盘的连接方式

所有尝试都失败了，还是同一个错误。我是不是漏掉了什么关键点？另外，我现在连从光盘启动都做不到，电脑好像根本识别不到光盘。
