降级Qiskit至0.29版本遇编译错误的解决咨询

我当前已安装Qiskit 1.2.0且运行正常，但需要使用Qiskit 0.29版本。执行pip install qiskit==0.29时出现Cython语法错误，参考相关方案后推测Qiskit 0.29.0仅兼容特定Python版本，因此在新conda环境中执行conda create -n "qiskit_029" python=3.8降级Python版本，再次执行pip install qiskit==0.29仍报错。
