西门子TIA V17中IP摄像头A RTSP流无法显示的问题排查求助

大家好，我是视频编解码领域的新手，最近在用西门子TIA V17的相机显示功能播放几个IP摄像头的RTSP流时，遇到了一个棘手的问题，想请各位帮忙分析原因：

• IP摄像头A：明明支持H264编码，但在TIA V17里只能显示黑屏，完全无法播放
• IP摄像头B：同样是H264的RTSP流，在TIA V17里却能正常运行

我已经尝试过调整摄像头A的分辨率和帧率，这些设置在VLC播放器里都能正常播放，但换到TIA里还是不行。目前我只能通过转码来绕开这个问题，但转码带来了不少延迟，这是我不想看到的。

我自己对比了一下参数，发现摄像头A是12.5fps（25/2），而B是25fps；A的色彩范围是tv，B是pc；色度位置A是left，B是center；还有extradata的大小也不一样。这些会不会是TIA V17不兼容的点？或者还有其他我没注意到的地方？
