如何实现文件输入在多个Shiny模块间的跨模块识别？

问题背景 #

将上传页与报表页拆分为独立模块后，上传模块可正常响应文件上传（显示报表跳转按钮），但报表模块始终无法识别已上传的文件：

• 未上传时，报表页正常显示「请上传数据」提示
• 上传文件后，报表页仍保留提示，报表选项与下载按钮无法加载

核心原因 #

Shiny模块具备命名空间隔离性，每个模块的input、output仅在自身命名空间内可见。报表模块中调用的input$files指向的是自身命名空间下的输入（实际不存在），而非上传模块的文件输入，因此req(input$files)永远不满足触发条件。

解决方案：模块间显式数据传递 #

通过「上传模块返回数据 → 主Server中转 → 报表模块接收数据」的方式实现共享：

1. 修改上传模块Server，返回上传的文件对象 #

更新upload_data_logic.R中的upload_data_Server，添加返回值供其他模块调用：

额外修复：报表模块UI的命名空间问题 #

原报表模块的selectizeInput未添加ns()包裹ID，会导致输入无法被模块识别，需补充命名空间处理（已包含在上述代码中）。

关键改动说明 #

• 模块隔离性：每个模块的输入输出必须通过自身命名空间（ns()）处理，跨模块访问只能通过显式数据传递
• 响应式数据传递：使用reactive对象传递数据，确保数据更新时所有依赖模块自动刷新
