Flutter后台服务中Overlay Window无法自动触发问题排查

1. 修复速度单位转换错误 #

你的代码里将m/s转km/h的公式完全错误，正确转换逻辑是 speed * 3.6（1米/秒 = 3.6千米/小时）。原代码中speedKmh = speed / 1000会导致所有速度值被错误缩小，根本无法触发正确的Overlay切换逻辑。

修正后的速度计算代码：

2. 改用持续位置监听而非单次获取 #
