Media Projection Service结合WebRTC无法捕获VideoView播放的视频

这是Android MediaProjection Service的系统级限制，和WebRTC无关。原因是：
VideoView默认使用硬件加速的SurfaceView路径渲染视频，这类内容是通过系统硬件合成器直接输出到屏幕，不会进入MediaProjection的捕获流——MediaProjection默认仅能捕获软件渲染的UI元素。

解决方案 #

1. 改用TextureView替代VideoView（推荐）

TextureView会将硬件渲染的视频内容映射到可被软件访问的纹理中，MediaProjection可以正常捕获这类内容。

替换布局中的VideoView：

2. 强制视频使用软件解码（仅适合测试/低分辨率场景）

通过配置MediaPlayer参数，强制使用软件解码，让视频内容渲染到软件层，即可被MediaProjection捕获。缺点是性能差、耗电高：

3. 排除DRM版权限制

如果播放的是DRM保护的付费视频（如流媒体平台内容），系统会直接禁止MediaProjection捕获，这是版权保护机制，无法绕过。
