VS Code Test Explorer测试完成后持续运行故障求助

我用VS Code结合Playwright搭建自动化测试体系，之前VS Code的Test Explorer工具一直很好用，但最近更新VS Code后出现了故障：所有测试实际在23.8秒内就全部通过（截图可证），但Test Explorer会持续显示运行状态长达一分钟左右，这段时间里既没法点击停止按钮，也不能启动新的测试。

我试过跑空测试，问题依然存在，所以可以排除是测试代码本身的问题。
