解决方法

停止混用@azure/openai和openai包：Azure OpenAI的专属参数（如data_sources）仅在@azure/openai包的类型定义中存在，同时引入openai官方包会导致类型冲突，直接移除openai@4.62.1依赖，仅保留@azure/openai包。

使用Azure专属的类型定义：替换通用的ChatCompletionCreateParamsBase为@azure/openai包中的AzureChatCompletionCreateParams类型，该类型包含data_sources字段的定义。示例代码：
