Android 15中Boot Completed后启动shortService前台服务遇异常求助

我查阅了Android 15文档中「BOOT_COMPLETED广播接收器启动前台服务的限制」章节，其中明确BOOT_COMPLETED接收器禁止启动dataSync、camera、mediaPlayback、phoneCall、mediaProjection、microphone类型的前台服务，违规会抛出ForegroundServiceStartNotAllowedException。但我的前台服务类型为shortService，却仍触发如下异常：

android.app.ForegroundServiceStartNotAllowedException: FGS type shortService not allowed to start from BOOT_COMPLETED!
