GitHub Actions发布Python包至Test PyPI遇400错误求助

我按照官方教程配置GitHub Actions自动化发布Python包到Test PyPI，当前使用的release.yml配置文件如下：

我已在PyPI网站配置可信发布者，无需指定API令牌。推送新提交后出现如下错误：

目前未找到解决方案，恳请提供建议。另外说明：当前master分支版本为0.1.0，此前通过CLI成功发布过0.0.1版本，不确定是否为版本问题。
