添加0.0.0.0/0及学校IP后仍无法连接MongoDB Atlas求助

在家时能正常连接MongoDB数据库，但到学校后，即便把学校IP甚至0.0.0.0/0添加到MongoDB Atlas白名单，运行相同脚本还是持续报错，确认.env里的URI没问题（在家能用）。报错信息如下：

可以试试这些排查方法：

• 排查校园网限制：很多校园网会屏蔽MongoDB默认端口（27017），或者强制走代理但脚本没配置代理。换手机热点测试，如果能连，就是校园网的问题，得找学校网管开放端口，或者给脚本配置代理参数。
• 刷新白名单生效：添加白名单后Atlas可能有缓存延迟，等5-10分钟再试，或者在Atlas控制台里重新生成连接字符串测试。
• 确认真实出口IP：学校网络的出口IP可能和你本地查到的IP不一样，去Atlas控制台的「Security」->「Network Access」里看最近的连接拒绝日志，里面会显示被拦截的实际IP，把这个IP加进白名单。
• 检查DNS解析：校园网DNS可能解析不了MongoDB集群地址，手动把本地DNS改成公共DNS（比如8.8.8.8），再重新运行脚本。
• 调整Mongoose连接参数：如果用的是旧版Mongoose，试试在URI里加上connectTimeoutMS=30000&socketTimeoutMS=30000延长超时时间，或者升级Mongoose到最新稳定版。
