macOS 15中NavigationSplitView使用.searchable()触发NSToolbar重复项错误

• 升级至macOS 15后，在NavigationSplitView上调用.searchable()会触发以下错误：

NSToolbar 0x60000244b8d0 already contains an item with the identifier com.apple.SwiftUI.search. Duplicate items of this type are not allowed.

• 升级Xcode 16并重新编译应用后，该问题仍然无法解决
